Thank you for pre-ordering with us! We are excited to bring you our new cap and appreciate your support. Please review the following information about our pre-order shipping policies.

• Pre-Order Timeline

  • As this is a pre-order, production of the caps will begin once we have gathered all pre-order numbers.
  • We expect the production process to take approximately one - two weeks from the end of the pre-order period.

• Estimated Shipping Date

  • Once production is complete, we will begin shipping orders. We anticipate shipping to commence around mid June.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

• Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.

• Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

• Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sweatandglowclub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credits under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Process for Exchanges or Store Credit

  • To initiate an exchange or receive a store credit, please contact our customer service team at sweatandglowclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item.

• Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

• Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
  • If approved, your exchange will be processed, or your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

• Store Credit

  • Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase.

• Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sweatandglowclub@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
